Wenn eine Kunde eine E-Mail bekommt, z.B. bei der Anmeldung oder Bestellung, bekomme ich oft, nicht immer, eine Fehlermeldung, s.u.
Der Kunde bekommt aber die E-Mail und ich auch die Bestätigung, trotzdem erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung, mit 'der E-Mail-Account existiert nicht'.
Die E-Mail-Adresse des Kunden existiert aber und ist erreichbar.
Die Shop-E-Mailadresse ist beim Hoster angelegt, stimmt dort vielleicht etwas nicht mit den Einstellungen?
